Annually, the California Business Minute publishes a report entitled ‘California
Ranked Rated and Graded’.  The following is a list from the upcoming report which
identifies several major publications that provide a top ten ranking of cities as
the ‘Best Places for Business’. Unfortunately for California, only one city –
San Luis Obispo is ranked in any of the four top ten rankings.
