WomenCo, a Web based publication has released its list of top 25 ‘Best Cities
for Your Career’.

This survey answers the question where to find the best bang for your buck. 
The editors question why to chase a great salary if your rent swallows most of it.

The survey ranked growth rates, average salaries, cost of living, commute times
coupled with personal opinions.  Apparently California is not viewed as a place
good for careers.
