Most Expensive Zip Codes

Hi, I am Tim Johnson and welcome to the California Business Minute.
Forbes has released its annual list on the most expensive zip codes identifying
the most expensive areas to live in the nation.
California has ruled this list. In 2008 the Golden State accounted for 96 percent
of America’s 50 most expensive zip codes. Unfortunately, in 2009 it accounted for
about 50 percent, but this year nearly 75 percent. And like last year, six of the
top ten zip codes are in California, including one very recognizable one reflecting
the long running television show - Beverly Hills 90210 which fell one spot to #6.
Meanwhile Duarte moved up from #4 in 2009 to the top replacing Alpine New Jersey.
Rancho Santa Fe fell out of the Top Ten to 11th while Santa Barbara and Belvedere
moved into the Top Ten.
